Your order will arrive to you via free USPS Ground shipping. ESEPH's warehouse is located in San Francisco California, so please allow 3-10 days for your order to arrive depending on where you live within the continental US. If you live outside the US, please contact us before placing an order.

Returns Information

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase and would like to make a return, no problem. We offer returns on any items (excluding Gift Cards) that you have purchased within 14 days of receiving your order from us. If you need to make a return, simply contact us and we will send you a return confirmation reply within 24 hours. It's that simple!
